We’re excited to share the launch of a brand‑new website for Roost Coffee, the much‑loved speciality coffee shop based in the heart of Malton. 

Roost has always been about bringing people together over exceptional coffee — from early‑morning pick‑me‑ups to slow afternoons with a perfectly brewed cup — and now they have a digital home that reflects that same warmth and character.

Challenges

Roost’s original website began life as a quick response to the challenges of COVID. What started as a temporary stop‑gap soon became a surprisingly powerful sales tool, helping them reach customers far beyond the shop door. Over the years, online sales continued to grow, proving just how valuable the platform had become for the business.

Our Approach

After four years of steady growth, it was the perfect time to evolve that initial solution into something more future‑ready. With a clearer understanding of how customers were using the site, we were able to design a new experience that not only looks great but works harder for the business too. That meant introducing features Roost had long been ready for — including a flexible subscription service for regular deliveries and a gift‑card system for sharing the Roost experience with others.

Outcome

The new site is clean, modern, and intuitive, with a focus on showcasing their carefully sourced beans and freshly roasted coffee. Whether customers are exploring new flavours or stocking up on their favourites, the experience is smoother, faster, and more enjoyable than ever.
